Nike Factory Store - Leesburg

"This is the 2nd time I got a close out before they were supposed to close. They put on temporary store hours on the front door but never update on maps or Nike official website. It's a normal weekend not a holiday. Come on man! You just wasted me 2 hour drive and gas."

"There was this lousy lady idk her name but she gave us attitude just because she had a bad experience with a previous customer. Then after she tried being the victim by talking nice. I approach to the manager and just basically stared at us and kept saying “we will address this and we are sorry”. This store has really bad customer service. Some not all."

"I had the worse shopping experience here. I shop at this store frequently and for the first time the customer service was terrible! I walked in with my 3 children and sister and the girl working the far right cash register aggressively yelled at us that no drinks were allowed. I have never heard of this policy and have walked in this store many times with a smoothie in my hand. She yelled 3 times as we did not hear her because we were not expecting to be yelled at. I turned around came back to the front and waited there because she said throw it away or get out. So I decided to finish the smoothie. As I stood there customers were coming in and out of the store with food and beverages. The girl who yelled at me did not yell at any of the other customers. So I proceeded to ask her why she did not stop them and she just said they are already gone. So I walked away into the store with my smoothie in hand. As I shopped with my children the manager David started following us around the store. Instead of David the manager deescalating the situation he just followed us around the store watching g our every move. My entire shopping experience was uncomfortable and horrible. I got to the line and asked for a manager of course the manager David present himself. David was extremely unprofessional and started arguing with me. He did not rectify the situation he only made it worse. David never once apologized for the situation even though I spent $350 in the store. & The girl disappeared and never apologized either. My children needed new shoes that’s why we went into the Nike store. I will NEVER shop there again."

"Here is a picture of the line for the nike store wraps around the whole middle section of the store. Left and bought shoes at a different store. It was packed full of people. Shoes were disorganized"

"Poor customer service poor attitude some rude employees. They do not honor their refund policy. At the time of a pandemic, I have seen several times that cashiers are working so closely and that makes customers to stand close to each others. This is a clear case of a misdemeanor."
