Tuckernuck Store

"This is a nice store and staff were welcoming and polite, offering to help order something I asked about. But, they just have a few racks of clothes, and it is very, very limited. If you’re a fan of the site, they have some of their earrings and a few other things you might like, but it wasn’t worth coming out to Georgetown. I was excited to come see the store when I was in DC for work, but I left without purchasing anything because there just wasn’t much. Hardly any Pomander Place staples or I would have picked up some tops. Shoes are limited. I wish they’d get a bigger space and have more of the stuff on their site. 4/5 just because there’s not much to it. If you’re in town and deciding on whether to stop by and trek out to Georgetown, I’m not sure this worth it."

"Haley B in the store was awesome. She went over and beyond to try to help me and provided excellent customer service. I was looking for the Jamie feather dress, and she went out of her way to ensure that it would get to me in time. I’m not sure if UPS will deliver it when I need it but Haley did everything she could to make sure that I would get it. So thankful for her!"

"We visited on a Saturday morning and absolutely enjoyed our time in the shop and with the sales girls. The shop is quaint and decorated just as I would envision the website translating in real life. Shout out to Kathleen who was so kind in assisting me with finding styles that worked for me. 10/10 experience. The shop girls even provided excellent lunch recommendations as my mom & I were visiting from out of state. So glad we made the journey, and now I feel even more confident with my online purchases with Tuckernuck."

"I am a huge Tuckernuck fan!!! Last night my friend and I went to the Georgetown store ready to shop. After 15 minutes of the cold shoulder from the staff we left. By the way there were 3 ladies working in a small store. Tuckernuck, a staff that is unfriendly and rude won't cut it. I was happy to spend my money elsewhere in Georgetown and did! We even hit the Ritz for a glass of wine afterwards to relax."

"The styles are really cute but the quality is not worth the price. Not lined etc - maybe banana republic outlet (not original store) quality. And return policy makes it tough because it’s very tight, difficult to return after seeing the piece. Love the styles but I would stay away."
