"I spent 150$ in there n wen I got in the car I noticed black stuff inside the bag the got on my clothes n the manager said that I did it when I didn’t do anything to get the black on me at all if I did, it would’ve been on my jeans or my hands or something it was some type of black pen then she’s gonna let me exchange it for the same thing, but going to say get out of my face before I change my mind n go get the same stuff then I am missing a shirt. They never put the shirt that they replaced in the bag so I’m calling corporate in the morning and I’m going back there tomorrow to get my shirt. I would never go back to the location on Annapolis Road.the other employees should’ve have to work with somebody like that wen tell was nice n very professional, but , the manager know that’s a whole Nother, story sad they shouldn’t have to work with someone that"

"The employees watch you like a hawk to the point where it's uncomfortable to shop. The the lady at the register was talking to her coworker in the craziest tone because she didn't understand what she was asking her to do, felt like a mother yelling at her teenage daughter. And theres so many clothes racks that you can barely maneuver to shop, extremely cluttered. The atmosphere at this location is very uncomfortable. I will no longer be shopping at this location. Hope things get better for the employees, their attitudes are horrible. And its the holidays, be friendly to one another."

"First let me say the cashier customer service was awesome however the manger not so much she watched me as if I didn’t know after I spent 15 mins looking for two shirts for me and coworkers to work in when I left the store she had a associate come to door and lie and say the alarm went off I’m 30 years old I know what a store alarm sound like and if it went off I would have turned and went to the register to see what the issue was …. But no the young lady said she had to check my bags I gave it to her I asked did she wanna check my pockets as well meanwhile the manager that was eating a chicken box on the floor getting that smell in the cloths walked up the young lady said it’s nothing in here she said you check the box witch was a pair off boots she said yes she ok I asked so when did this alarm go off no replay I was humiliated and judge by race it was no apology giving for yelling across the parking lot for me to come back in but let’s be honest I didn’t have to if I had actually took something because I was out the store that’s not the person And woman I was raised to be poor customer service bad judgement I won’t be returning the items I brought came up to $27.50 my wig cost … well we going skip that re train your managers it’s better qualified women out here"

"I love Rainbow, they always have nice style clothing at an affordable price. The whole problem with the racks being too close together isn’t just at this location, it’s all Rainbows unfortunately, so if that’s a turn off for you, don’t go. But it just shows they have a lot of clothes to offer. This location usually has me stuck in the store for a while because of all the new clothes I find. Overall, love Rainbows."
