"Room was extremely clean and neat. Loved that it came with kitchen and lobby provided food items you could cook. Appreciated that people without pets were placed in rooms away from pets. Lobby and breakfast area was really nice. Breakfast buffet was nice and offered plenty. It was honestly a great stay and would stay again."

"This is a very nice place for families in transit to stay. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and welcoming."

"If I could make one suggestion it would be to get better pillows that support your head/neck. The “feather like” pillows are way to soft and have no support so it was hard to catch a good nights rest. No other complaints really."

"I'm staying here now. Week of Nov 27, 2023. Broken main elevator, pool out of service, no service workers to be found, my dishes were so dirty they were sticking to the cabinet (coffee residue and clear substance stuck to most), pans have brown nasty stuff in them, bowls and dishes supplied make no sense (bowls are maybe 3 ounces and the pans are for a family of 5), in need of paint and updated wallpaper, pillows are flat and old, sheets are worn out and don't stay on the bed, just run down! The people facing staff are as nice as can be. It's not their fault some cheap @$$ owns the place. Do better Hilton. First Hilton experience in years that was this bad. I only stay at Hilton owned properties. Never Homestead Suites again. I was going to be able to stay in and cook my own food. No way I trust it."

"If you're in the area this hotel is awesome! Jack needs a raise, he's so friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel with a ceiling fan. How cool is that?! Our room has a kitchen and a sitting room. It's very well appointed. I have back issues and I know that I can count on Hilton to provide a exceptional bed to sleep on. Also there are plugs and USB ports everywhere."
