"OVER-CHARGES (without warning- right after we got a warning for a $40 charge, but not a $400 one?)!!! Here’s the situation: Our 13yo cat has Hyperthyroidism and a concerning lump that needs a biopsy to identify. This vet charged us $400 for inconclusive bloodwork ONLY. Not only to mention they had been charging us $40/month for her medication when we could’ve gone to a human pharmacy and paid $10/month. That seems morally wrong. I’d love any advice (from other individuals- not the vet) as we lost her sister suddenly and unexpectedly to lymphoma last year. Now we are terrified to wait to find an actually affordable vet. I’ve been searching on my own for months and nothing!! Any vet recommendations are welcome! You’d think we’d care enough about our pets to AT LEAST have universal healthcare for them… - Update: BAHHAHA THEIR RESPONSE WAS SORRY UR NOT RICH!!! They have to realize by now, no one can reply on Google Reviews… Also I found a vet practice (NOT THIS ONE) that was HALF THE PRICE!!!! WOOOO No more $90 well-visits!! They’re now $27 and $37 for sick-visits! And clearly, based on their response lengths, they spend more time debating negative reviews than actually communicating with the owners!"

"Dr. Ramirez is absolutely phenomenal. She takes her time and answers every question thoroughly. She also provides information on diagnoses and education materials which I found extremely helpful. She is so sweet and caring and truly treats your pet like family. Can’t say enough good things about her and so happy that she takes care of my two kitties. The whole staff is amazing and friendly and the place is clean and well run."

"Honestly for our family it's a 1 hour plus drive, and I wouldn't go anywhere but here. They are exceptional and caring. I received calls everyday why my dog was hospitalized there. Updating his well being and just generally letting me know my best buddy was doing A ok ! Doctor Greenberg is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. So professional and knowledgeable. They are very caring and compassionate with my furry friends and they treat them as if they were their own. One standout doctor is Dr. Graham, who is fantastic, thorough, always follows up, researches anything more unusual we have brought to him, and works with us to solve our cats’ issues. He is truly a gem and I trust him completely with my cats’ health. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. They offer the best quality of service and they have the latest equipment and technology."
