"I love the outfits in this store but the customer service truly sucks. I was asking to Try on the outfit to make sure I can fit it before I buy it and the manager inform me that all that their fitting rooms really close so I said OK and left it alone but as I was paying for my item she noticed that I put the other outfit that I really want it back and then she tried to offer at the last minute for me to try the outfit on but I felt like she was more so trying to make a sale then trying to actually help because if she would have allowed me to do so in the beginning"
"This Mondawmin location is horrible. The dressing rooms are still closed and you can't get a refund only store credit. Employees are sitting down behind the counter on their cell phones. I usually stay away from malls such as this for this reason. Lack of customer service skills! I don't mind paying for what I want, but I will not patronage Getto Mess!!"
"I really enjoyed my visit here. I was assisted by Rebecca mainly who helped me every step of the way and with every outfit and no matter how many times I wanted to try something on she was there to confirm if it looked nice. I was going to LA last minute and really needed some updated pieces. Daniel was also so wonderful with helping the ladies ensure the store stayed organize and playing tunes that made the experience even more enjoyable. Che and Erica were also pleasant and nice, they have a great team here, thank you guys!"
