"I’ve been repeatedly ignored every time I’ve attempted to shop here, no matter how I’m dressed, how well my hair is done or how politely I greet the staff upon entry. It’s clear that neither my patronage or money are welcome at this location for whatever arbitrary reason and after multiple occurrences of poor service, I’d rather drive well out of my way to spend my money at places that make me feel welcome and valued. I do not recommend this location and would rather spend my money online or with a competitor than at this location. Absolutely don’t recommend."

"This is the only outlet in the Northern Virginia area that has a Tory Burch store. The store is beautifully decorated and has charm. The staff are professional and greet every customer. I like their products and customer service. I bought many products over the years, bags, belts, shoes and accessories which all have kept its high quality. However in my recent visit I noticed that their selection lacks variation of products and that's the only reason for my review's one star deduction."
