"The staff at this store needs customer service and tactfullness training. I came in today, to a basically empty store (it was a very rainy day) there were 5/6 employees throughout the check out and women's section. I was not greeted, or acknowledged through my entire time perusing. I ended up with two things off the clearance rack (really great deals FYI) went to check out. The little girl at check out didn't say hi, or did you need anything else... nothing. She and another younger gentleman employee were just talking loudly amongst the two of them, him spouting off about how 'he's not even feeling like being here today, and no one should bug him because he's not feeling it' then from across the store another employee shouts something to him, he shouts back.... and I find my transaction and left. No one said bye, see ya soon.... literally the only time I was spoken to was when I was given my total and asked if I wanted a bag. Rude. O"
"The worst shopping experience ever. The security is extremely rude. “No picture, or I am a security and I will have to make you out of here.” Are you trying to threaten me? Is that how you treat your customers? No courtesy at all. He even says you should do... You don’t really have the right to tell your customers what they should do."
