"I had a very negative experience with this shop located in the Clarksburg Premium Outlet in along the i270 in Maryland. On the Memorial Day, 5/29, my wife and I were there to buy some shoes. After we paid for the shoes, I asked for an extra bag. One of the shop assistants told us the extra bag would cost 50 cents. My wife and I thought it might not be necessary so we told the shop assistant that we would not take it. As we turned around and walked to the door, the shop assistant and another lady, who might be the store manager (she identified herself as such in the past to my wife), talked with each other loudly enough for us to hear: "Wow, 50 cents are a lot," "Yes, 50 cents are a lot"... Since one of them is the store manager, I would like to ask their higher management what kind of customer service was that and what they meant by saying so with the intention for their customers to hear."
