"I’m stuck coming here cuz it’s the closest Asics Store but the manager had my wife and I walk out because we found the perfect shoes but he wouldn’t honor the Buy 1 Get 1 Half off Promo. The difference in price between the buy it separate price and buy it get 1 half off was $67. This is calculated the entire additional 10% and the 50% or 20% calculation with 6% Maryland sales tax It was $200 or $267 I’m not paying the extra $67 which comes down to basically full MSRP (with all discounts and tax) This is an outlet store Long story short the manager did not want to meet somewhere down the middle or attempt to give a gesture to 2 customers who only wear Asics all the time (because we each had ankle and knee surgery and we are very particular with the shoes we wear because we are in constant pain when we walk and stand) If they got a deal I will buy from them, but for me it’s just a try it on and buy it online kind of store from now on."

Jocelin took the time to listen to what I needed in a pair of shoes, and put in the time to go back and forth to find different lines and sizes until I found the right pair. I noticed that the other sales associates were also patiently helping customers."
