"At the end of the Outlet is an Ann Taylor Factory Outlet with great prices. True you won’t find everything new as in the retail store but there are many selections to choose from and my wife was able to find some good deals. The is a ledge inside the store for the males to sit and wait."
"Had a good sale but unfortunately my wife couldn't find whar she was looking for."
"Love this store! They have a great petite selection and always have the size I need. Haven't had any issues. Prices are slightly high but worth it for the occasional semi-fancy dress or dress pants. Great attire for weddings or business needs. Store is clean and tidy, especially so for an outlet store. Only caveat is they are at the very end of the outlet mall, so if you park on the opposite side, it's quite a hike!"
"I love some of the clothing from here. I found a dress and tried it on and it was nice. It's the shift dress with angel sleeves. I was out looking for a dress to attend my cousin's graduation. I wasn't looking for anything too crazy, and something that I could also wear to work since I work in an office. I tried on one in a solid forest green color. Because I liked the dress so much, I tried to look around the store to see I'd they had the same exact kind of dress but in different colors. They didn't carry any other colors/patterns in store but I was able to find them online. When approaching the line at the register, the ladies that were behind the counter weren't the most friendly people. When I stated that I didn't want to open an Ann taylor store card, she then turned into a very bitter woman. But I wont take much away from the store because they do keep things in pretty good shape with the amount of clothing that they sell. Everything is quite organized as well."
"I bought several items online at Ann Taylor Factory for a total of $348.10. Once I received the order, I tried on my outfits but I wasn’t thrilled with anything I bought besides two pairs of tights. I decided to return the items to the Ann Taylor Factory store at the Leesburg Outlets while doing other Christmas shopping. I returned my entire order minus two pairs of tights that costed $16.18 and was refunded $273.75. I explained to the woman who did my refund that there was a price difference of $58.17 and I wanted to make sure that I was refunded the price I paid, not the current price. While the woman who was helping me was trying to figure out what happened, there was another sales associate yelling out comments on “how she was never going to find the difference” and that “i’m refunded what I returned. If there is a price difference I didn’t return something”. This belligerent behavior went on for about 10-15 minutes. Other customers were asking that associate if she was talking to them because she was proceeding to check out customers while yelling over to me and the shift manager who was helping me. I confirmed with the manager that the total numbers of items that I was returning matched what I bought, minus the two tights. When I asked the manager if she could do something about her behavior, I was told “oh that’s how she is”. That is not an acceptable response or behavior, especially when a customer is already having a bad experience. I was in the store for a half hour until I was refunded the price difference. Not only will I never return to the Ann Taylor Factory store in Leesburg, I will not shop at the factory store online or at any other location after this experience. I buy all of my work clothes from Ann Taylor and I have never had a bad experience. To say i’m disappointed is an understatement. Furthermore, the behavior of the other sales associate needs to be addressed with management as it was unacceptable for her to infere that I was lying or attempting to fraudulently claim returns I was not entitled too."
