"As soon as you enter it's dark, quiet, an employee sitting on top of the counter scrolling through his phone, another employee on her laptop with her back facing to the customers in the store. I understand that my friend and I were the only ones in the store, but still no greeting, no hellos or welcome in. We left after strolling for two minutes because we didn't want to disrupt "their time"."

"I was just at the outlet in Leesburg, VA. I was purchasing 3 pairs of pants that rang up $6.00 each and the manager on site then changed the price and put them in for $18.00 each. She was extremely rude when I asked why the price was going up, rolled her eyes over the question, and dismissed it. I want to know why, when it is a computer error, the customer is penalized. Don’t go to this store, the customer service is garbage."
