"Extremely Unprofessional Employee, Avoid This Store I recently had a terrible experience at [Journeys], and I feel compelled to share my encounter. It was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately, I was subjected to an unprofessional and aggressive employee. Upon entering the store, I approached a worker to inquire about the manager's contact information. Instead of providing me with the required information, the employee began screaming at me for no apparent reason. It was shocking and completely uncalled for. Even another worker who was fixing the surround system witnessed the incident and confirmed that this behavior was not normal or acceptable. The employee's lack of professionalism and inability to handle a simple request was deeply concerning. It was clear that she had some personal issues that were affecting her ability to perform her job effectively. No customer should have to endure such treatment when seeking assistance or basic information. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this store to think twice. The incident I experienced raises serious doubts about the level of customer service and professionalism within the establishment. It is evident that there are significant issues with employee training and management oversight. In conclusion, my visit to [Journeys] was marred by an aggressive and unprofessional employee.
