"My husband and I came for my birthday. Our stay at the Inn was so special. From the wonderful conversation with both Jan and Bruce to the delicious home-cooked breakfasts, and the very comfortable suite we stayed in, the Garden Suite, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. It felt like home to us and we definitely will be coming back!"

"Gave myself a mini-retreat and was delighted that The Rose Room was available at this authentic bed & breakfast haven. It’s truly in the midst of Lancaster county. Horse and buggies clop on by for real! The joyful innkeeper is a fountain of information and prepares amazing 4-course breakfasts from scratch (and uses produce from the nearby farms). The adorable Rose Room has a separate bathroom with a jacuzzi! There’s also plenty of cozy places inside to peruse the resident artist and author’s humorous books and paintings in the gallery. Many outside options for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air in a quaint setting. Book early and often! I plan to make this a regular trip."

"This is our fifth time staying at The Artist Inn. We have always stayed in the sisters cabin Sophie's side. Jan and Bruce are wonderful people who take care of their guests above and beyond. Whenever we come to Lancaster this is always our first choice for our accommodations. The rooms are clean beautiful and meets are every need. The area in general is beautiful and I would recommend staying here on your next visit. This vacation spot is where my two grown daughters husband and I visit in the spring and fall. "My daughter and I had another wonderful stay at the Artist Inn. We love the Rose room with extra sitting room to have separate spaces when needed. :). I love being able to hear the buggies pass by and waking up to the smell of breakfast. The breakfast are scrumptious and so filling you don't need lunch. Jan is a wealth of knowledge of where to shop or eat. Bruce's art adorns the wall and os sure to bring a smile. You will not be disappointed! Boom a stay!"
