Country View PA Bed & Breakfast

"What a delight ! Worn out from work and the pace of life in NJ, I stayed for two days and relaxed. The owners couldn't have been nicer,clean room and lovely continental breakfast in am. The grounds were neat as a pin, with goats and chickens in the back you can feed. I visited Smuckers Gourd Farm, Country Gift and Thrift Shoppe ( go upstairs to the quilting room and see the quilts), ate daily at the White Horse Luncheonette, the hub of socializing and good food.There is also a dry goods store in town ( didn't get the name,but, you can see it from the front door of the B&B). Went into Honey Brook to Brandywine Shoe Shop and the Steeple thrift shop, then New Holland to the Freedom thrift shop. Love this area with the Amish horse drawn buggies and beautiful farms over every rolling hill. I'll be back again !"

"Barbara and Eli were excellent hosts. Everyone we met while we stayed were so friendly and made you feel like family. The grounds were beautifully landscaped! Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the horse and buggies drive by. We will be back!"

"This place is fantastic and way better than could be expected for half the price of a normal hotel on a Saturday night. It's family owned and run, and the two people we talked to were super nice and accomodating. Everything was clean and nice. We'll absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Oh and the sheets on the bed.. four of us stayed here and were all in love with the sheets- not something I usually care about."

"Wow! This place is amazing! The cottage was decorated in a very up to date style and it was cozy! The bed was comfortable and all the accommodations were 5 star! In a day of Airbnb's where all you get is the basics this place blew us away with it's personal touches of the old days when everything was a bed and breakfast. They had hot coffee, fresh baked goods, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, homemade baked oatmeal and more for breakfast! Kind, hospitable and beautiful. Definitely need a reason to return!"
