"I could rave all day about how wonderful this Bed and Breakfast is: from the owner, Rick, and his attentiveness, the cozy and clean room and guest areas, the full access to a stocked fridge, all the way to the friendly kitties that greeted us each time we went outside. I truly have never had a nicer experience in any hotel, motel, or B&B ever. It's secluded, quiet, relaxing, and has all- around good vibes. I'm sure I'll be back!"
"While Riding the GAP trail with 3 of my friends we stayed with Rick & Donna. Rick was able to pick us up with his trailer when we arrived in Connellsville, and transport us to their lovely retreat. We had a wonderful evening relaxing and playing cards in their family room. Rick even put the fire pit on at night for roasting marshmallows. Rick and Donna went out of their way to make us comfortable and fed. Rick is truly an example of a gentleman. We truly felt like we were at home with family. It was a wonderful stay."
"We found the Seams B&B to be most accommodating with tasty breakfasts, beautiful woodland surroundings and super clean rooms. Indeed, Rick & Donna run the best B&B we have stayed at and would say it is because they pay attention to details and follow through. Like the firepit set up? Rick had a fire going upon our return from the first day exploring. Coffee and snacks are always readily available. We were there for the GAP Trail and also because my wife is an expert quilter, and of course, the retreat facilities did not disappoint either! You do not ordinarily leave a tip for the owner, but we did leave a "tip" for Rick and Donna- to look for a bottle of Cooper's Hawk wine in the back of the kitchen refrigerator. It is yours to enjoy now... Thanks for everything!"
"Great place to stay. The rooms and house is very clean. There’s a stunning quilt in the entrance. The hosts are very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty with waffles, scrambled eggs and fruit. Our room was not optimally user friendly with not much of a place to put our stuff, and only one night stand with most space taken by the lamp. The bathroom had a pedestal sink without room to put toiletries."
"My husband and I stayed here for a night as an anniversary get-away and plan to return! It was a beautiful space, well taken care of and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and very accommodating. They served a made-to-order omelet breakfast with wonderful fruit and several types of toast and gave us recommendations and helpful tips for local attractions when we asked. It was lovely to hear how God had worked through the entire remodeling process of the building and the care and attention to detail that Rick and Donna both take are obviously outpourings of their love for Christ and others."
