"This place was awesome! Very clean. It looks brand new. The front desk was helpful as well. Minimal wait for the shuttle going. On the way to the airport, this hotel was the last stop and pretty full, but it was able to accommodate all the people waiting."
"My request for early check-in was approved via the chat, however, upon arrival my room wasn't ready yet. It became available 3 hrs after my approved check-in time, which was also later than regularly posted check-in time. I had to retrieve my own sheets for the pullout sofa, they were out of pillows, so my kids had no pillow to sleep on. The phones in the room didn't work to even call the front desk, so everytime we needed something we had to physically go to the desk and ask for it. They had no toilet paper in the restrooms or towels by the pool, again had to go to front desk myself to request, and then I was handed the items to distribute myself. As if I worked there. A complete disappointment from previous reviews. Likely will never stay again"
"Debbie at the main desk was very helpful. We had a problem with other guests that was not exactly easy to deal with. She got us moved to another room on another floor within 15 minutes. I am so very grateful for her! She was friendly, accommodating, genuine, and very understanding to our situation. She made our stay perfect where it would have been terrible otherwise. Thank you , Debbie ! Also, entire hotel seems to have been recently updated. Very modern."
"I booked this room for Valentine's Day for my husband and I. We were checking it out to get a block of rooms for wedding guests in the near future. We are platinum members and used to a very nice place. Online the hotel appears new. It is anything but new. The staff was nice but the stay was awful. We were looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool on a freezing day in Pittsburgh but they decided to close it THAT day. There were 2 large red stains on the carpet in 113 and the phone by the bed did not work when I called for a hair dryer that was not in the room. There were also stains on the couch. This all makes more concerns about the overall cleanliness. The heater in the room was all or nothing. It would run constantly making it extremely hot until you shut it down to cool off. We were told that breakfast was 7-11 and when we went to breakfast at 9:45 there was one spoonful of eggs, a couple cubes of potatoes, 1 yogurt, 2 mini muffins, 2 small milk, 1 hard bagel and dry cereal and oatmeal. When I asked at the desk they said breakfast was over at 10 and they stopped cooking earlier. There were 7 people behind us in line and all 9 of us walked away. Had to go buy breakfast somewhere else. Price we paid for this room was no screaming deal and it was awful overall."
"The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were ok, However, we were watching our grandchildren for our kids, they had a very early flight out the next day. We took the children to play in the pool, It was absolutely disgusting. Mice dropping’s in window sills, on the floors, cobwebs in windows, feces from something else on the floor. Hot tub was broke down, husband tried to use men’s bathroom, someone had urinated all over the top of the toilet. Glass door entrance had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. I spoke to the front desk girl who was very apologetic and a very nice girl. I have family members who own a motel/casino, my sister was the head housekeeper. Each day before any of her staff left, she inspected every inch of the rooms and pool area, and hallways. If she had checked this place out, everyone would have been fired. They have a lot to do to bring this property up to standard."
