"The staff was very nice. The maintenance was lip-service. Overall, I get the impression that the owner is just not paying attention. Examples: The parking area and sidewalk are ALWAYS dirty with trash. Several things were broken in the room, which were obvious to me within 5 minutes, but the owner apparently has no system in place to check rooms. (Sink missing stopper lever, sink won't drain, door has no weather seal and winter air comes in). I asked for my heater to be repaired (Low fan speed did not work, and high fan speed was very noisy). The answer I got was "I will have to come back". I was there a week, and he never came back. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good, and the staff was very polite and nice. The owner seem to be tying to upgrade this location to a "Red Roof Plus" by changing furniture, but it is just not there yet. The lobby is very small, and I cannot see how this location will EVER have breakfast. There is no customer laundry, which is unusual for RedRoof."
"Right in the middle of Robinson’s township. Walking distance to just about anything you may immediately need, including a shopping mall for downtime and sheetz for late night food/drink/alcohol purchases. Extremely friendly staff, willing to go above expectations for customer satisfaction. They’re clean, dress well and are very accommodating. There’s really nothing going on here that would solicit discomfort for a guest. 10/10 will absolutely come here again if I need a place to stay. DO NOT book either of the hotels on Beecham drive. If you need to be in the area, come here."
"Rented 2 rooms for a week, for work. I’m checking out of the rooms after just 3 days. The front desk told me when I came to check out that I wouldn’t be credited for the nights I’m not staying here. Not to be refunded for the nights is ridiculous, an all out nonsense. Won’t be staying at this hotel again. Front desk worker is rude!! An has no customer service experience. Bad trip this time, won’t happen again"
"Door key very hard to work. Bugs in bathroom dead, which scared me ....tub dirty, spiders and nest in the inside door jamb. In the room..I so wish I could post pictures..Elderly gentleman tried to catch the huge spider, but all he got was a handful of cobwebs, and dirt from top of the mirror . My advice is do not check in. Price was way above advertised, on internet, and outside sign..way above..for a filthy dusty, bug filled room. I wrote to 3 different people..One said they checked it out .Its fine, it's all fine..I'm not a big complainer...It was not fine. Never ever again. Just ruined mine, and my grand daughters night .afraid to shower, after a hockey tournament, we got there around midnight, and didn't get much sleep for our travel next day. Looks good from the outside, ask to see the room before you pay..I requested a refund, and haven't heard a word."
"The room we got smelled like pee. The floors were sticky as soon as we walked in. Use 1 towel, and noticed that there was brown spots on all of them. I attempted to shower and found short body hairs all over the shower. When I went to the office to ask for a new room, the older white lady with a 70’s hairstyle and glasses had a big attitude and said “we get new towels everyday”. So I’m not understanding why mine were “new”??? Then she began to say “well you have a dog so you can’t move anywhere”. She said a manager would be by to check out the room. We returned to our room highly disappointed with the customer service provided by this older lady. The assistant manager named showed up at our room and was so understanding and reassured us that they would clean it but that we wouldn’t get a new room. We said, “at this point we would really just like our refund or to check out” The manager was very sorry for the inconvenience provided upfront and in our room and only charged us for 1 night. We had to find a better hotel nearby because of this inconvenience. & I am totally okay with that. I did not want to stay another night in a room that smelled like pee and was clearly not cleaned. Please think before booking a stay here."
