"Buckle at South Hills Village Mall is charging 10 cents for a bag. They have posted the City of Pittsburgh ordinance. I guess they don’t realize that they aren’t in the City of Pittsburgh. When questioned about it they argued that Allegheny County passed the same thing. I said no they did not it was tabled and not voted on. I literally had to contact while in the store an Allegheny County Councilwoman to prove them wrong. I was then told the whole mall is doing it. Also, not true. It isn’t about the ten cents, it’s about the principal that a multi-million dollar corporation is passing off their costs to do business onto the consumer and then hiding behind an unpassed ordinance. Ignorance of people is so unnerving. I will continue to forge ahead with this and bring this to Allegheny County leaders. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! Needless to I walked out with my purchase without a bag and carried around the mall."

"So… GREAT products and endless options. However, the sales associates are the most annoying people I’ve ever experienced. The one lady was trying to upsell while tendering a sale. Meanwhile, the line was out the store but obviously that doesn’t matter to them. Like I said I really love the products they have and look forward to shopping here. If the associates could just turn it down a notch with the harassment I’d definitely come more often than I do now."
