However the best part was when Terrelle wrote down my exact sizes in each cut of Jean that way I can shop online. 10/10 definitely going back!"

"I walked into the store and was instantly greeted by Terrell. He asked a few questions to feel me out to see how he could help and right went to it. He literally assisted for over an hour. He provided a ton of feedback and made great suggestions. All while helping me he also was able to assist other customers showing them the same genuine care. He made it his job to make sure i had everything i needed for vacation. Never in my life have I received customer service like this before. I’m beyond grateful."

"Got the clothes I wanted but the manager continually telling the employees to "check on your guests" every 3 seconds was annoying and I was almost to the point of leaving. Lighten up, chief. They're adults and so am I. I get that it's retail and they need to sell, but if I need something, I'll definitely find someone to ask. They're observant enough to know when people need/want help and when they do not. That experience was obnoxious."
