"Helen needs to respect appointment time. I called early thid morning for an appt. Today For 6pm and I came on timeabd still waiting I don't mind 15 to 20 mins but it is now 6:43pm and she started on another customer who called in while I was waiting.... are you kidding me? I've been a customer for years and live in the neighborhood. But this really upset me. I'll take my business elsewhere."

"Decided to try out this salon. Gel pedicure was great, but dip nail did not come out well. My main complaints are that the powder bled onto my cuticle and sides of my finger and there was no cleanup with the drill. This left my nails looking clunky with poorly cleaned up cuticles. Lack of attention to detail, and I will likely need to get my nails done again in 1-2 weeks vs 3-4 weeks"

"I went to Indulge Nails for the first time yesterday, and I am very very pleased with the service. The prices were reasonable, and the place was immaculate. I saw Miss Helen and she did a fantastic job on my nails. She was very pleasant, and accommodating. I'm still new to the Arlington area, and I have been looking for a go-to place for my nails. I believe I have found it. I'll DEFINITELY be back. Edit #1: I went back this past weekend, and the service was awesome again. I'm very pleased with the work and the prices. "Don’t waste your money. Paid 80$ for the French mani pedi. And this is 3 hours after treatment. Literally just drove back to the mall and back home. Less than 3 hours and already cracking and peeling !!! Never going back there again."

"I can't believe it has taken me this long to leave a review. I used to be a customer when the old owners were there and I was a little scared when I noticed they had new owners. Needless to say, Mai and her team do an AMAZING job in comparison to the old owners. They are very accommodating and actually listen when you a specific request about your nails. Did I mention how affordable they are? They have the best prices in the area. Mai does my nails but while she was on maternity leave, I did my nails with the other girls in the salon and they do an awesome job too. The color selection is amazing, they are super clean, very friendly and they offer everyone water. I can't say enough amazing things about Indulge!!!! Thank you Mai and hubby (who answers the phone sometimes) for everything! Me and my nails appreciate you."
