"Waste of $100. Went in with my daughter for a cut and color. Took us 5 minutes to get noticed by the staff. And about 2 hours for a color that wasn’t what she asked for. Mind you I said cut and color, they didn’t even cut, just put her hair in curlers for no reason. Her “stylist” whatever her name was cause she didn’t introduce herself left her in the dryer for 2 hours to work on another client. We were just so fed up we told them to take the curlers out left. Honestly if you’re not Ethiopian don’t bother going cause it’s clear that they’d rather have clients that speak Amharic."

"Made an appointment at the buttcrack of dawn to come here, got an email confirmation, and nothing. They’re not even open. Clearly they don’t honor the online booking system. I don’t like when businesses don’t honor the time of their consumers. I honored your time, I was there early for my scheduled appointment. Similar business a couple of doors down actually took me in without an appointment so thanks"

"I absolutely loved my time at this Salon. It was such a relaxing experience. The stylists are very hospitable and have amazing customer service. I did not have to wait, my stylist started on me as soon as I walked in! I was offered complimentary drink and snack while I sat under the dryer. My hair turned out great! I definitely recommend this salon!"

"Everybody is nice and friendly very polite, they do good braids, cornrows and tracks and hair colors (dye) here are beautiful for a very great price! The individual lash extensions here are very bomb also. Clean and smells fresh! The specials you would not want to miss i promise . What I love about the m&m salon is that I can actually come and get everything done at once ."
