"I am never going to this salon ever again! I have been going here for two years and around two weeks ago I went the day of my prom. Usually the service is great, I never have a problem but my prom day - everything was going usual until they put me in the dryer for TWO HOURS. They left me in the dryer and forgot about me. My head was burning and I kept telling them that it’s burning and I had an unusual feeling about having my head in there for too long. I get my hair straightened and then I leave. A few days later I notice that there is some hard lump on it, it felt like I had some type of degree burn. Two hours ago, at my OWN graduation, my HAIR FALLS OFF INCLUDING THE SKIN AND THE ROOTS OF MY HAIR. There was blood attached to the scalp. I NOW HAVE A BALD SPOT BECAUSE OF THEM. I STARTED BLEEDING CRAZY and had to have a cotton pod placed under my cap for graduation. Save your money and go to a different salon or just do it at home. I am never coming here EVER AGAIN. Give me my money back."

"They overcharged and ripped me off. They charged me $40 just for washing my hair and roller set( which they did a horrible job at and my hair is short so it didn’t take any extra work). They didn’t even take off the roller set properly, ZERO effort throughout! Very Unprofessional, poorly experienced, WASTE of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this place even for free!! Stay away from this place."

"He is very good at his job. If I know I'm going to travel to his city, I wait to do my hair b/c I wanted him to do it, period. He is the best!"

"He treats people in an unequal way. In order to get his good customer service, you have to know him for a long period of time. If you are new, you are nothing to him. I was in his salon for the first time, and there were a couple of ladies who knew them very well. He treated me in a different way. Also, the funny part is that he gave me a hard time because I put a leave in conditioner in my hair. Poor customer service."

"Showa treated both me and my mom with great hospitality since the moment we walked in. You can tell he has years of experience with the way he cares for your hair. I got the color I asked for and the haircut made my hair look so full and healthy. Definitely a good place if you want your hair colored."
