Edible Arrangements

"I understand them being closed because of the weather on the day of my event. What I don't appreciate is the manager Kevin's rude, smug attitude. He called me early this morning regarding my order, I told him I would need to call him back after speaking with my supervisor as she may just want a refund. The condescending tone he gave me was unnecessary. I called him back after speaking with my supervisor, told him I only needed a part of the order. He again gives me this tone as if I am in the wrong, stating "You need to call the store directly because I am not there, they will have to cancel your original order and you will need to place a new one." Terrible customer service skills, never an apology for having to be closed and leaving me with nothing for my event. They NEVER have to worry about Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health ordering anything from them ever again."

"I clicked on within a hour delivery for my daughters birthday! Placed my order and noticed it wasn’t going to be there on time, so I called and a young lady answered informed me that I clicked on the wrong thing. She had a really bad attitude. I asked for a refund she hung up. I called back and ask was there a manager there, she nonchalantly said nope and the owner is Kevin but she can’t give me his information and hung up again. Whoever she is, she need not to be in customer service at all!! I wouldn’t want someone like that handling my business"

"My Husband placed an order with the Charles St location for my birthday I received the order on 9/27 I got home from work to open my arrangement on 9/28 to see that all the grapes were bad and had white fuzz on them I called the location the young lady was very nonchalant gave an I dont care attitude and was not able to assist in any way instead I was told they have no control over how the fruit comes in and was told she would call me back because she had a customer as if I was not a customer as well whom was dissatisfied with service she then said she will call back in 20 mins after she speak with management I received no call so I called the corporate number for them to handle it I called the store back to inform I called corporate and the same lady answered and all she said was ok. That young lady is a bad representation of the company she should not be in the customer service field and Im very upset because that was a gift for my birthday from my husband that I was not able to enjoy. I hope someone resolves my issue and make sure this does not happen to anyone else after they spend their money and not able to receive the services they should these arrangements are suppose to be made freshly"

"My granddaughter saw the advertisement for caramel apples. Went inside (9/11/23), was barely greeted by the person sitting at the front desk. They seemed to be occupied by something on the counter in front of them. I asked if all they had available was in the display case, she answered as if I was disturbing her. I stepped towards the counter to see what was so important, she was on her phone -_- I guess her phone was more important than customer service."

"This was my 1st time using this location. I purchased this platter as a birthday gift and he loved it. My daughter who picked it up for me was also very pleased. This was a Valentine's platter but they were kind enough to change the balloons and the design on the cookies to say happy birthday. The platter had strawberries, cheese and chocolate chip cookies. I'm very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use again."
