"We ordered the casket spray for my father's funeral from Baltimore Blossoms, because they were recommended by the funeral home. I was very excited about the order, because the person that assisted me on the phone was friendly and competent. I wanted to customize a spray that they had on their website with different colors, and she said that they could accommodate my request. The price seemed in line with what we expected to pay ($350). However, the actual product that we received was disappointing. It was smaller than I expected for the price and the flowers were dull during the visitation (as pictured). On the next day for the funeral, many of the flowers were visibly wilting. Considering that the casket spray is front and center for the entire service, I was let down by how they turned out."
