"Straight off the Block is located in a beautiful recently renovated building, with the original historic architectural elements, such as brickwork and tin ceilings, kept in place. As a result, the shop is pristinely clean. The owner, Mr. Raught, and his staff are amiable, kind-hearted, and good people. They exceed all reasonable health and safety standards, and their product looks fresh and delicious. They have a wide range of cuts, meats, and other superb ingredients. I have never been more impressed by a butcher shop in the area and highly recommend folks to stop in and grab themselves a steak. I doubt you'd regret it and suspect you'll return for more."
