"Terrible butcher shop, terrible communication. They don't know how to weigh or process. They either way over weighed hanging to get more money for processing or took some of our beef. When we picked up our beef, she said this was the best beef we have seen and didn't even want to let it go. You don't say that to a paying customer. Stay away."
