"They get 2 stars for being polite & helpful, however that's it. They sold me a defunct vape pen & wouldn't amend for it. They *do* have a no returns policy stated, so buy at your own risk. However, in my now 20 years of shopping at headshops, I have never had a shop be unable to help me with a faulty device they sold. The Cookies brand vape pen I got worked for about 5 days & then would not hold a charge, warm up, or activate the oil. It's totally unusable, even if I try a different USB charger. It's annoying because I am disabled with no income & now I will have to borrow someone's vape pen until I get Christmas money. Then, I will go buy online where stores stand behind their products. EIDT: THEY LIE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A NEW DEVICE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NEW ONE AND TOLD ME I AM SOL. HERE THEY ARE LIARS."
