"Bought a diamond air bar that's supposed to last for 500 puffs. The one they sold me lasted for less than a hundred. As the other reviews note, they offer no refunds or returns or support. A friend of mine had also purchased a defective CBD cart from them that they refused to refund."

"So I went and got a hyde. Fake. Selling fake products and then when you let them know they act like your the problem. It’s illegal to sell counterfeits. I may as well contact my lawyer now. I called and he was telling he double checked and they are authentic. Hyde’s offer a code to scan to show it’s real. The one I bought didn’t offer it, and I compared the one I bought from the store to the one my friend had thats real from a different store. Logo is off, the bottom has different constructive bottom, and there’s no hyde engraving in the mouth piece. Go to the vape shop by gold gyms, it’s new and opened up recently, real products. This store offer poor customer service, it’s not worth it. Trust me, from someone who cares about whether he’s getting real or fake stuff, this stores not it. The extra drive is worth more than the dissatisfaction of not getting what you expected."
