"As previously stated, obtaining medical records is nearly impossible. I left my initial review 3 weeks ago after waiting for my children’s records and no response for THREE WEEKS. The phone number you provided is for the Horsham center and if you read what I wrote, you would know that my issues are not with the clinic itself. Medical records are handled outside of their office so giving me that phone number serves no purpose. There is nothing to discuss other than the lack of professionalism and insufficiency in providing requested medical records."

"The therapists, front desk and center manager at this location are wonderful…however there tends to be a heavy turn over of staff. Care winds up being inconsistent and appointments are hard to come by so progress is limited. The turn around time of speaking with the billing department is less than to be desired. Trying to obtain medical records is time consuming and you have to stay on top of them. Once you end your care with them and stop giving them your money, there is no follow up on their end."

"I took my daughter to Theraplay for her Sensory Processing disorder. Kelly and Alexa are amazing. Both the girls were very caring. My daughter Aubrey took to Kelly right away and loved playing with her. Tonight my daughter graduated her therapy and she will definitely miss Kelly and Alexa. They are two of the greatest therapist there. I highly reccomend Theraplay to anyone who needs any type of therapy they are amazing."

We went from having to stay with my daughter through her whole session to her gaining the confidence to go back with the instructors on her own. Speech has improved by 1000%.
