"I had an appointment today got there on time/early was brought back into the room at 9:00 no one came in after the nurse and I left the room at 9:34 that is unacceptable that for 34 min NO ONE not even the 3 nurses that were sitting there came in to update me on why Dr.Martinez was running behind! That is absolutely unacceptable when you take some time off of work to handle these important things and it took you 3 plus months to find an opening to schedule said appointment. As I was leaving to go back to work not even an apology from anyone in that office! It’s unfortunate that I need to look elsewhere because I actually really loved Dr. Martinez but this level of customer experience is frustrating ."

"This is the worst clinic I have ever been to! I only went for the first half of my pregnancy and transferred because we moved. We requested my documents multiple times and never got them. My new drs had to retest everything. Now a year later they are sending me bills (I understand insurance can take a while) but their website isn’t working to pay it. I’ve called multiple times and they always have an issue. Customer service is awful. I would never recommend this clinic to my worst enemy!"

"First time: Made an appointment. They just randomly changed it and never told me. Wouldn't honor my original appointment. I canceled and went to a different doctor. Today: Call up to make an appointment for a simple procedure. Had my well woman exam 4 weeks ago with Temple. I offer to bring the records with me. When I made the appointment they said sure - no problem! Scheduled the appointment. Five hours later they call back. Suddenly it's no, I need to have a WHOLE NEW EXAM plus a whole new Pap smear paid OOP because they don't accept other people's exams. I ask them if they trust doctors from Temple to do well women visits. They said yes. I said then why can't they accept their well woman visit from 3 weeks ago? They said that's breaking the rules. I asked to talk to who makes the rules. They couldn't tell me or transfer me, but I've been on hold for over 10 minutes now waiting to talk to the office manager. Nobody has bothered to come back and speak with me. Good luck getting an appointment and then getting them to stick to it. Two tries, two misses. No idea how the actual doctor is because clearly the doctors are impossible to access due to completely inept staff."

"I switched to this location because I felt my previous location was horrible (mainly the front desk staff not doctors or nurses or NPs) and I was over the rudeness. This location has been amazing for me. Very clean, up to date, and the staff is so much better. I have had 2 babies here. I’ve only encountered one doctor who I would say we didn’t mesh well, but that happens at any practice. I just simply asked not to be scheduled with them again. The front desk women I have engaged with are always nice. I once had to wait longer than I’d expect at an office and all the nurses and the doctor were extremely apologetic about the wait (the nurse kept popping her head back in to give updates), which I appreciated. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling an appointment here."

"The only reason why I am rating Abington Women's Health two stars is because my experience with the doctors have been pretty good. I adored my old NP, but she has since retired. Up until today, I was a patient here for over 10 years. However, dealing with the office staff and scheduling is a nightmare. Good luck scheduling an appointment. I called to cancel an appointment and reschedule and after the sixth time calling and no one calling me back, I called and left a message at the "nurse" extension. I find dealing with the staff is usually unpleasant and they come at with a tone and attitude conveying "How dare you bother me." I think it's time for me to go. Best of luck to you if you decide to stay with this group."
