"Checked in 10 min. Early for a 9 30 appt. My name was at the top of the list on the monitor. Left after 40 mins. And watching others Wait 5 or 10 and go right back. No receptionist to ask if I was next or what was going on. Wasted a fast, and time off from work!"

"This location is terrible slow, there is only ever two people working every time I come here. It doesn’t matter if you have been sitting for a hour people just bypass the wait list by asking the staff to sign in for them. This location needs help I’ve been sitting for over a hour and a half now and the two staffers act like everyone has all the time in the world to waste here."

"I've been here 3 times in about a year and Lisa has helped me each time, and is great to deal with. She's good at comforting you if you're nervous about blood draws. If you go to this location, Lisa is excellent and will provide great service."
