"You can not trust any of the people that run this counseling services! They say you don't keep your appointments! Even when you do everything they ask. The counseling is not professional. I went there to get healthy and I feel worse! I never once canceled an appointment. They straight up lie to make themselves look good. Run the other way, even if you have drive further. I know it stinks for people that don't drive."
"The counselor we work with is great. The receptionist is the WORST and so very short and rude. So much so we avoid having to call in and deal with her. Makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her for having her do her job. We've had trouble with getting scripts filled in a timely fashion. Most annoyingly troublesome is the fact that they change psychiatry appointments (required for medication refills) without notice."
