Complete Health Dentistry of NEPA

"Very dissatisfied with the level of service at this office. I attempted to book an emergency appointment for a single issue and was railroaded into getting a "comprehensive exam" for 300 dollars. When I questioned the expense later, the staff were immediately on guard, and insisted that they had recordings of me consenting to pay this fee. They also denied having lower rates quoted on their website, which shows different prices on mobile and on desktop. I had to tell them multiple times what my issue was, that I didn't have tuberculosis, and other basic medical facts that had already been stated, but the agreement to payment seemed to be the only thing that registered. I think they have a lot of experience shutting up people with sticker shock, and know what they can get away with when people are vulnerable. As to the actual services offered, the Doctor was kind, but seemed very interested in adding on all the options to the treatment plan, which would have cost thousands. There wasn't a lot of help available to someone obviously concerned about their budget, and their immediate pain. This experience has not raised my estimation of the dental profession. EDIT: The response to this review is exactly the kind of browbeating approach to customer service I am talking about. My problem wasn't fixed by this."

"I have had a LONG time fear of the dentist that brings me panic attacks just hearing the drill. The NEPA team is so patient with me, helps me set up my earbuds and music, gives me a blanket and neck wrap, checks in often throughout my procedures to make sure I am okay and all in all are just great people doing their best for their patients. Highly recommend, especially if you have any fears about dental work."

"Wonderful staff and the most transparent and thorough Dentist experience ever. Good office energy, considerate staff, and I love that the Doctor thoroughly explained and educated me on my situation. The initial appointment had testing so different from any other place I have been and it was very comfortable, and informative. I even had answers for issues I didn’t realize could be connected to oral health. I’m also truly appreciative of them being respectful of pronoun preferences. Enby/Non-Binary friendly places are hard to find! I look forward to my check ups and further visits. Definitely happy with my new preferred Dentist. ♥️"

"First class dentistry and runs like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with everyone from the moment Jackie met me at the door, with Carla's hygiene through being checked out with Teresa at the end. Dr Rogers really cares and does a first class job. He is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Edith did a great job assisting him. If you care about your teeth and oral health this is the ONLY place in NEPA. 5 stars because I can't give 6!"
