Both she and Dr. Krause answered all the questions I had, and even the ones I didn't know I should ask. They were unable to accommodate me at their office due to a possible allergy to certain local anesthetics but immediately referred me to a center that will be able to sedate me, as they cared enough about me and not just an insurance payout. Rachael was still wonderful when I called to ask for my xray to be sent to the other office, even going as far to ask how I was doing with genuine care. They are both knowledgeable and actually seem to care about their patients, which is very hard to find these days. I really appreciate all they are doing to help me get the care I need.
