"Have lived here for four years it was amazing when talhimer was the management but ever since Evernest took over it has been horrible. They are the worst management company EVER! All they do is lie and steal. And you can never get in contact with anyone! And maintenance has left baseboards laying in my home for over 6 months and I have a child in my home!"
"Nonresponsive and evasive staff at best. I can't get an answer or returned phone call and month after month I am charged bogus fees from move in date. Way overpriced especially for the lack of service. I have tried to use the "oversized" gym on 4 occasions and not surprisingly, it was locked. Here's an idea...have a management company on-site. This is a business and should be run as such!!!"
"If you want to be ignored when asking a question, and given false information about availability, then by all means talk to Cheryl Dudley. She never responds to an inquiry, unless you ask it--wait several days only to be ignored--then she will say "I'll find out and get back to you", and then doesn't get back to you all the while advertising a place available on a certain date, take your application fee, and then says "oh by the way, the place is NOT available when we said it was, the current tenant wants to stay longer...hope that's ok" NO Cheryl, it is in fact NOT ok when you falsely advertise it and don't tell people it's not available on that date until after you get their application fee. But I'm sure these reviews are useless as nobody really cares what's written here, and anyone she is affiliated with will surely excuse her unprofessionalism. This doesn't even deserve the one star, but no--it makes you at least give one star just to post."
"We lived at the Links from 2020 to 2022 and really enjoyed our time there. Christi and Rhonda are amazing in the office - always very helpful and kind. Duane with maintenance was always responsive whenever something needed to be fixed. The apartment was comfortable, even for a family of 5, and the grounds were always clean and felt safe. In general residents were friendly and we really loved the pool - it really has a timeshare resort pool feel. So overall highlights - great people in the leasing office and maintenance, safe, clean, quiet community, great pool, great area for walking with kids, overall I highly recommend the Links to any family or individual looking for a good, convenient, safe, and comfortable place to call home."
"Units very poorly built and properties are extremely challenging to sell because more than 10% are held by corporations making this a commercial property rather than residential. People wanting to sell are faced with significant often insurmountable problems when buyers can’t get approved for financing. A lot of HOA fees wasted on weekly landscaping. Instead of fees going to more lasting positive changes it’s wasted on mulch that’s chronically washed away due to poor layout and grass that rarely grows. Snow removal is a joke and leaves cars blocked in. Owners are generally nice and respectful but the renters are awful. The “management” office in the clubhouse it strictly for renter purposes and NOT as an office for the HOA. They may say they’re HOA management but offer no service to owners, only corporate owned properties. Emphasis on the word properties as they do not handle problems with the renters themselves. What this means is that what’s offered is even less than what renters get in a 100% rental property. It means subpar service for both owners and renters."
