"Fortunately this facility has *some* caring educators, but awful administration and management. Communication between parents and staff is very poor. Updates regarding payments, facility updates and photos of all the children are posted to a private facebook page which is the only method of communication that is used regularly. The lack of professionalism and respect from the director and owner specifically is a disgrace. I would recommend to stay away from this childcare service at all costs."

"Worked there for 2 days. The place was in very bad shape. Bathrooms in the worst condition I’ve ever seen. Not sure how they passed inspection. I was scared to touch anything or even sit down. Trash in corners, rugs looked like they haven’t been vacuumed let alone cleaned in any type of way in a long time. After two days and working at both locations I couldn’t go back. I contacted the owner and explained why I wouldn’t be returning and received no response which says it all. Also, she never paid me for my time. Update: I have filed a missing wage’s complaint with Labor and Industry. Owner has 2 weeks to respond to them. If not they will be going to the center. They feel she may say I never worked there. Thank god I have pics and all the receipts to prove I did. I’ll update soon again. But how unprofessional!!! Another update: admin Allison posted a review saying I was paid very well. I have yet to receive any payment for the hours I worked. If I received payment I would not be going through L and I to get paid.Still waiting for the owner to respond to Labor and Industry. As far as her saying I have only middle school experience that’s a lie. Honestly that’s the only group of children that I do not have experience with. I have worked in childcare infant-school age since 2000. Her review is proof of how unprofessional that center and the administration is there. I could go on about how they treat the staff on the staff Facebook page and talk bad about parents and former staff as well. That alone was a huge red flag to me!! And what’s funny is that there is another former employee who also left and was never paid who left a Google review. Hmmm… FINAL UPDATE: Just got off phone with Labor and Industry. Owner was advised to mail my check to them ASAP!! What an unnecessary mess. KARMA will come around for sure!!"

"We hired the employee Soban we were happy she did not come back to work. She was paid extremely well! She had experience only in middle school. She sat the whole time when other teachers where working. She expected floor play to be clean and organized that is not how childcare looks in her eyes. That is how a typical day looks. Everything is cleaned at the end of the day. She never saw the clean up because she left at 2 pm. Everything is cleaned and put back in place, bathrooms cleans and vacuumed. Anyone who expect a perfect clean environment when children are playing should not work with little children. We were happy she left."

"the teachers mrs.kelly and ms.chrissy are about the only solid teachers they have, and they are the only reason this is a 2 star. the director christine has such a nasty attitude and a mouth on her. multiple times have other teachers or the director yelled at my wife or made snarky remarks towards her. we have had a few instances where one day they did not change my sons diaper the entire day we picked him up in the same diaper we dropped him off in....disgusting. we also walked in on a teacher talking bad about my son to another parent saying "this kid never shuts up omg i cant stand him. i would recommend if you love your children re-consider going here. this place is a joke."

"We toured many centers, expensive and average priced. Radcliffe was our top pick. Christine gave us information no other center took the time to discuss. Their learning through play curriculum is just what we wanted. Many of their teachers go above and beyond to come up with adorable activities for the kids. Every other Friday a guitarist plays for the kids! My sons teachers have taken the time to get to know us as well as our son. They show concern when he’s feeling off and keep us informed through pictures and messages. Several times I have missed my son during the work day only to pick up my phone and see Radcliffe has sent a picture of what he’s up to. If all that wasn’t impressive, the excitement level my son has as soon as we pull up to Radcliffe is proof enough we made the right decision selecting Radcliffe."
