Dollar Tree

"For the most part this store is kept clean, and has everything I need. I like the convenience of the location, and the hours are great as they are open late. However, this new manager I’m not too fond of. I haven’t seen her that many times maybe about 2/3 times in the evening. She’s alittle heavy, Caucasian and She’s extremely rude. If I need something for the house, kids school, whatever , I go to dollar tree first because I can stretch my money. And I have a small business as a crafter so sometimes I get too excited and overbuy thinking I’ll use something and dont. but as long as it’s unopened and I have my receipt I take items back. And u can read the dates on my receipt it’s only been a few days, a week max since my last visit when I go to exchange. The store policy allows u to return items so that’s what I do if I have too. I returned 5 items,well exchanged 5 items and she was just shaking her head and making smart remarks to the cashier who was helping me. She goes what is this impulse buys, the cashier was feeding off her energy and said there’s a lot of stuff your returning. I kindly said it’s 5 damn things I counted and I have a receipt. Do your damn job. How are u in a manger position and your rude to customers ? If you don’t like your job don’t work there"

"Bought nails and when I opened the box it said there were 12 count nails and I had 9 not even 10 nails and no glue for the nails"

"Stopped it for some back to school items. Definitely one of the better dollar trees I have been to. Really nice selection throughout the store although some of the shelves were a little light. Looks well staffed and customers were coming in and out while I was looking around. I would say a good improvement would be aisle markers indicating what is in them as I had to walk down each aisle to see what was in them. We found almost everything we were looking for. I was impressed with the grocery items and they also had frozen foods in the back of the store."

"I’ve never seen an employee go out of their way not to work and then be rude to customers. Every time I’m there the employee with the burns is always talking to another employee, even following them around at times while their actually working and she has no filter. Customers and their children don’t need to hear store gossip and language she uses. The line has been almost to the back wall and she would rather gossip and the very few times I’ve seen her at the register, she’s very rude. Like she’s being bothered, I thought the cashier should greet the customer not the other way around. Meanwhile there’s boxes all over the store that need to be restocked. I have no idea how she has a job, if I were the manager she’d be gone. That being said, there are friendly employees who are willing to help."
