"My lease is up the end of march but i love living at this apartment community its very laid back and the apartment is beautiful. Everytime i submited a minor matience repair its done very quickly i have no complaints at all. The ladies in the office is very friendly when i first moved in they gave me a move in gift basket i love how you get free cable and internet with these apartments and im only moving due to relocating to a different county. I wish they had apartments like these in the county im relocating too...if you choose these apartments you wont regret it!"

"I've lived here for 2 years now and so far I am very happy. The residents are pleasant, the community is clean and the office staff is attentive and compassionate. I don't go into the office much, but when I do, I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is very welcoming. I moved here from another complex that was very nice and more spacious, however, I don't regret moving. living here is safe and peaceful. Even though I lost space by moving here, I'd rather have peace of mind and live in a place where my kids are safe. I am so happy living in this community. There are 2 things I wish would change and that's having more dumpsters. The community is a decent size and placing 2 dumpsters for everyone to use is an inconvenience. Having to walk in bad weather is not something I'm happy about, nor do I like putting garbage in my car. There should be a dumpster in every section. Lastly, having maintenance come out on weekends when the toilet is clogged would be great. Having 2 toilets should not be a reason to have to leave urine and/or feces in the toilet a whole weekend. It's convenient for maintenance but not for residents. On a good note, when I signed my lease for a second year, they installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom and they did a fantastic job! I absolutely love it! I don't plan on leaving any time soon."

"This has been the best experience in an apartment complex we have had. They are quick to respond to maintenance request and are very good about inspecting the units regularly, especially when the seasons are changing. However, I feel like the best part of living here is all of the events they hold, my daughter is constantly talking about the flyers and attending the events, such as the fall festival with hay ride, or the Easter egg hunt. I love living here!"

"I just signed my lease this past weekend and i can honestly say i absolutely LOVE my new apartment. My apartment is completely renovated and everything new in the apartment. The bathroom is spacious and i love my sunroom. I got an welcome home gift from the rental office to me once my lease has been signed; which is nice. I am happy here at Princeton Woods and looking forward to a long stay here. ;)"
