"This is a nasty place to stay. The guy who works at night could use some lessons in customer service. The room I stayed in smelled like urine and the walls are paper thin. It's relatively cheap, but for a little more you do do a lot better. Best to avoid this place."
"First and foremost the cleaning staff and most of the employees are friendly. However, the night clerk Michael IS BEYOND RUDE! I had heard good things about this man but dealing with him was a disgrace and very disappointing. I know several people that live at this hotel and was referred here because of my own living situation. I stayed 4 nights. No problems with anything until my 3rd night. The vending machine took my sons money and I first called on the phone to the front desk. The person who answered (Michael) acted as if he could not understand what I was saying and he had a accent that I couldn't understand so I chose to walk downstairs. When I get to the front desk I was fussing with my child NOT the clerk to understand what happened because people must lie all the time about the vending machine or something because that is exactly how he spoke to me.. AS IF I COULDNT AFFORD 2 more dollars to use in the vending machine. Which I couldve but its not the point.I paid so I should get the item or be refunded. He yelled at me to write my information down which I was already doing so I asked what was this going to do? Because I was checking out the next day. I only wanted clarification as to how I would get my money back being that I was checking out the very next morning. He couldve use that moment to be a better EMPLOYEE of the hotel and just said Maam I cannot control the vending machines. I will leave a note for the morning workers and the vending machine company to get your money back. But instead he just YELLS again WHILE I HAVE MY CHILD THERE. Now flash foward to today I was going to rent a room again thru them and IM BEING TOLD I CANNOT BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT ABOUT THE VENDING MACHINES. THAT OLD MAN MICHAEL LIED AND SAID I CURSED HIM OUT... BLANTANT LIE my child was standing right beside me and other renters.. I would never act that way AT ALL. Even after he yelled and was very rude I just said you know what forget it and we walked off. But to now hear that I cannot rent because of that is UTTER TRASH. You should teach your employees better customer service skills or DON'T HIRE PPL THAT LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS because if that is who you have runnign your front desk I SEE WHY YOU HAVE SOO MANY BAD REVIEWS. Will never step a foot in this establishment again and will go on to definitely give reviews everywhere I CAN. Rooms were well taken care of tho and the cleaning staff was GREAT. Hotel reeks of BODY ODOR AND MARIJUANA!!!! Police must be guests at the property because they were there FAITHFULLY atleast 3 times a day. Telling you now.. GO TO MOTEL 6 before coming here! Atleast the staff IS VERY PLEASANT!"
"I spent eight nights in this hotel. My one positive memory of this hotel is of an elderly Carabian man who was incredibly talkative, compassionate, and kind. I still yearn for the dialogue we shared. Not even worth one night's stay, given the rest of the hotel. One: The rooms are unclean. The windows, door, bed, and tables were all covered with dust. The carpet was old, possibly from the days of my grandfather. I used to wear socks when I entered the room, and I would frequently change them since the carpet would get my socks dirty. The whole place smells of smoke, including the hallways and the rooms. Two: I was living on the first floor. Above my room, the guest was strolling inside his room, and his walking generated a really annoying noise, so I couldn't sleep during the night. I protested three times to the front desk. The front desk repeatedly lied to me by just going to the second floor without alerting the visitor. The third time, there was a Spanish-speaking lady at the front desk. She stated, "The guest living above your room has been staying here for two years, and I can't tell him anything." Her remark didn't make me as unhappy as the tone of her reply did. Three: The presence of strange people in the vicinity of the hotel in the evening struck me with such dread that I resolved to remain indoors. I felt extremely unsafe throughout the night. Four: For breakfast, you will only receive cake and orange or apple juice. I paid, however, an additional charge for breakfast during the reservation process. Sadly, the breakfast I was served in the mornings was identical to that of those who had not even been compensated. Five: Final Recommendation β If you desire a delightful stay in a sanitary and secure place, kindly supplement your budget and search for an alternative hotel in the vicinity. I would not advise you to visit this location."
"Caught maid looking through peep hole and called us bendahoes when we asked why she was looking in. Marijuana smell through out hotel. Homeless people constantly hanging around outside looking into vehicles and such. Beds were ok. Rooms were ok. Found a pencil by the bed and an earring in the bathroom so not as clean as should be. Lady at front desk was nice but was definitely not worth $100 a night. Worst super 8 we've ever stayed at. Definitely will not be returning."
