"I’ve been staying at this place for close to 3 weeks. From day 1 the moment I walked In I was greeted with a smile. I’ve had the chance to interact with everyone at the front desk and I must say the professionalism and courtesy received has left me blown away. I’ve had 1 small problem staying there and when I tell you the situation was fixed faster than it took me to walk to the lobby it really was. I highly recommend staying at this location. If you ever have a chance to talk to Ms Ricki for a few minutes I suggest you do, she is the best and will definitely make you leave with a smile on your face. Thank you everyone at the Motel 6, what a great group of people."

"When I booked a stay at Motel 6 on I95 near by Dumfries, VA , I wasn't expecting much, given its reputation as a budget-friendly option. However, my experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Not only was it impeccably clean, but it also boasted a modern design that added a touch of class to my stay. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the amenities were more than sufficient for my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this Motel 6 apart. The location of the motel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options like 7 eleven and waffles house. Despite its affordability, I felt like I was staying at a much more upscale establishment, thanks to the quality of service and accommodations. "I stay at Motel 6's only because I travel with my dog, and Motel 6 permits them with no additional fees. I am grateful for that accommodation for my pet. But the Motel 6 as a brand is generally dismal, and this location is no exception. The first thing I noticed as I drove from the lobby after check in around to my room was the unusual number of people hanging out or even lurking outside rooms. Many are smokers, I am sure, but they looked a little concerning to me. Entering my room, the peeling laminate floor with black smears that looked that dead bugs greeted me. I saw live bugs that night and the next morning before checkout that appeared to be roaches and what I call water bugs. The room fridge was nice and cold. The shower produced hot water but the pressure became disappointingly low once you changed from filling the bath to shower mode. The bathroom appeared clean. Many of the cable channels were static or not working, but others worked fine. I didn't use the room microwave. There is a dog walking area with am empty poop bag dispenser on the west side. This Motel 6 is conveniently located right of I95. Even better, it is snagged between a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House. Just on the other side of the Waffle House is a 7 Eleven. All are an easy walk from the hotel."
