"Within the past year I’ve noticed a lot of changes that I greatly appreciate. For starters I love that the maintenance has been very consistent and well respectful. Also, the security has done a great job at patrolling for our safety. Most importantly I really appreciate the new management team. Ashley, the property manager, has done a great job at being helpful and patient as well as making us feel welcomed. I really appreciate the new changes and look forward to any other improvements."

"after 3 years, I just moved out do to some personal issues and not because of anything with the complex. i am unsure why they have such negative reviews but I can only assume it's just naggy people. I've never had any issues. the very first management team I wasn't crazy about but even then I didn't have any true complaints only issues with nosey neighbor once. I never saw a roach and maintenance always came quickly and were always nice. The grounds are ALWAYS clean and landscaped and buildings cleaned inside often. Security patrols neighborhood as well. The current management team is awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The property manager Ashley is super sweet and accommodating. She made my transition so much easier then I expected. I really can't complain and I wish more of the happy neighbor would share their experiences not just the negative. The apartments serve their purpose."

"This place is not like it was back in the days. Kids kicking peoples cars, when you tell the office people they don't do anything. The been threw 4 managers. Then you have people sleeping under stairs in the winter time, people arguing every night over dumb stuff....The best thing that ever happened is the security guard actually walk around and walk in and out of the building and go upstairs and downstairs"

"We applied 2 months ago, they told us 2 weeks before move in (after approving us) that we can’t move-in because we made too much money despite having our proof of income for over 2 months. Now they are taking over 3 weeks to write a simple check to refund the holding fee we paid for the unit. The office staff is terrible about answering the phone as well. Overall, I would not recommend this community to anyone."

"Multiple neighbors agree that the office people are frauds. IF you forget to sign your money orders to pay rent, the white lady that looks like she does crack will pocket your money. Be careful because they do this to people all the time and constantly hide fees."
