"Don’t recommend them at all. Scheduled an appointment and at the end read back what I wrote they said yes and it wasn’t. So when I tried to reschedule they called my mom and told me I was a no show to an appointment that was scheduled wrong. They also don’t schedule on Wednesdays."

"Took my son to see Dr. Golla at Golla ENT. Highly recommend. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Golla did an excellent job treating my son explaining everything along the way and really taking the time to listen to concerns. We were able to get an appointment with no problem and seen quickly after check in. Definitely the right ENT for us!"

"Dr Golla ordered blood work and CT scan for a enlarged tonsil that my husband had , the results were in his UPMC chart and we were NEVER called about the results . After a few attempts to talk to someone in the office I finally talked to someone. They CLAIM they never received results we were just referred to a surgeon at a hospital that we refused to go too and asked for another facility. We finally went to another ENT group where a biopsy was performed and showed my husband has squamous cell cancer. This matter should have been addressed IMMEDIATELY! I wouldn’t take my dog to her !!! This has been since December 2022"

"Awesome staff and Dr. Golla was very nice. Dr. Golla seemed very rushed, which was disappointing, but I guess I understand. The part that really hurt was when she told me “we are going to figure this out together” which made me feel so good and confident, yet I was handed a paper with 2 other doctors phone numbers and not scheduled a follow up or return appointment. So I guess we won’t be figuring out my issues together after all. Looks like I am on to the next doctor."
