The lady who normally works in the back but comes out and helps occationally is also ignorant! Those two have an attitude everytime my boyfriend or I go then have the nerve to say everyone else has an attitude that they were just yelling at. The one with glasses is self centered and is no gift from God. She'll make you wanna leave and go get high! I'll never go back and my boyfriend is switching as well. Teonna is the only kind staff member there and I'll miss her!"

"Unprofessional and Unreliable these people should be ashamed It's not even the fact that they could careless about your recovery but they could at least do their jobs be warned your "Prior Auth" will not be done on time no matter how far in advance you tell them and when you call they day of the person that does it will conviently be out of the office save yourself a relapse go elsewhere they don't deserve the money your insurance pays or the $2 they charge on top of that."
