"AVOID! Dr Certo himself is kind and knowledgeable about the procedure. Their ultrasound tech is also great, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The problem I have is with the company itself: 1. I was sent a bill for my office visit/ultrasound which I paid using their app, the money was taken out of my FSA, but they ended up with no record of the payment. It took 30 minutes on the phone with someone to get it sorted out. 2. Their customer service is atrocious. firstly, the reception has been SO BAD every time I have called them (which was MANY times) that I had to ask them to repeat themselves constantly. Secondly, I would be disconnected frequently and have to call back and start over with someone new. Thirdly, I had a simple billing question that took 3 weeks to get answered because every time I would call they would "connect me to the billing department" and I would be connected to a random voicemail that didn't even specify whether it was billing or not and no one would call me back. 3. I was charged two separate co-pays (though I only had one office visit) which ended up taking another long phone call to remedy. So I ended up cancelling my scheduled procedure because I had very little trust in the company itself. All of my interactions with them felt shady and I didnt want to risk them hitting me with a massive bill due to "hidden fees." I had full confidence in Dr Certo being able to do the procedure itself but the company he works for wasn't trustworthy in my opinion."

"I suffered from extreme varicose veins for many years. Last spring I broke down in tears and had enough. I found the Circulatory Centers here in Pittsburgh at the Fox Chapel office. Yesterday, I finished my last treatment and can't wait for summer to wear shorts again!! The staff, from the receptionist, nurses, doctors and everyone were proffesional in every appointment and procedure, Everything was explained in detail, not to mention virtually painless...
