"Ms. Wells was very professional and asked questions about what I was looking for in an apartment i.e how many room's, classic or renovated. She explained the waiting list and even kept in contact to update me on the status. UPDATE: My daughter has had three move in dates and when she received her last welcome letter and went to view the apartment it looked like someone had moved out that morning. The counters and floors were scratched, the cabinet drawers were falling off and the base boards were not attached to the wall and that was on move in date. It has now been three weeks and she has not heard from management on whether the issues have been fixed or when she can move in. Since Ms. Wells left it has become very unprofessional. My original post was 2 months ago when I paid the holding fee and now almost three months later and still no contact or return call."

"Ms. Preppi was amazing. She listened to my story on how this would be my 1st apartment and I was looking for somewhere comfortable for just me & my toddler. Ms. Preppi responded back to all of my emails in a timely manner whenever I had a question or if I was told to give her a call back, she would call me back first. I have never met somebody make me feel so good about a decision making process the way she did. I cannot wait to make Woodland Creek apartments my new home for me & my toddler."

"I moved here in September and my stay here has been wonderful. My neighbors are nice and friendly. Rental office staff is AMAZING! It has been such a delight working with Ms. Preppi. Any issue that comes about she is quick on her feet to help resolve. She has went above and beyond to make living here beautiful. She physically inspected my unit herself and stated that she personally wanted to make sure it was ready before me moving in. My washer and dryer wasn't working properly and she put in a request for me to get a new one. She has a great attitude every time I walk in or call the rental office. Not sure who was there before her but I do know she is a treasure for this community."

Particularity Ms. Wells who was kind and attentive to the needs of those residents that came in the office, as well as to me as she patiently walked me through the application process."

"I have lived here since September , before I moved in I had issues moving in . I applied to one unit and had to wait two months for a different unit . I put request in since I moved in and nothing has been done . Now they have new staff and I want to shoutout Micheal and Ms. McDonald everything I put a request in with hun it gets done !!! I love my apartment but the management and some staff is not that best and for me to work in the same industry !!"
