"I paid the application fee online and it states to contact the office for status of application. It’s been 2 weeks and nobody will answer the phone. Also if you are a leasing agent it’s literally your job to follow up on leads to lease the units. You all don’t seem to interested in leasing anything apparently. I lived here years ago and it was the same mess. I see not much has changed other than management."

"This the 3rd time mold mushrooms have grown from my kitchen floor , when you address the property manger she meets you with a attuide . Maintenance will respond out, but it's not enough maintenance to work on this property. The management group does not care , Do move here ."

"What an amazing transfer experience. Shakia Duren was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. She was on top of every step and her process suggestions were right on point. She returned every call promised, she provided all resources needed and really went above and beyond to assist. The apartment was in really good shape, so kudos Andre and any other maintenance team members who had a hand in preparing the new spot. Heather Hill is truly on the come up under One Wall and Shakia is definitely the go to person. She is open and most of all honest. What a great experience."

"OMG ! Please do not move here. I am a new resident, been here for almost 2 months and on the day of my walk-through I noticed that there were some things that needed to be fixed, some minor some a little in between but with the assurance of the property manager that works repairs would be fulfilled, I moved in. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. I have been told by a leasing agent that they only have one maintenance guy due to the rest being on family emergency. As I do understand life and emergencies. Under no circumstances should staffing allow all of their maintenance men except for one to be on family emergency leave without ensuring that this large community has enough temporary people to assist when it comes to maintenance repairs and issues. I have called the rental office on multiple occasions, visited the rental office on multiple occasions and every time I am being told that someone is going to come out or a ticket has been put in for this and that and literally no one has came out since my move-in date June 9, 2023 to do anything that I put on that list the same day I moved in that needed to be repaired. I have also put in new repair orders such as my blinds falling down in my cabinets as well as other repairs that needed to be done after the fact and none of the new or old repairs has been completed. I spoke with property manager Shakia and was told that the information that I received from Trisha regarding all but one maintenance being on family emergency leave and she stated that the information was untrue. I’ve been asked her “ well if you guys are fully staffed when it comes to maintenance why is it taking almost 2 months for repair orders that I put in on my move-in date to be completed?” She literally told me she was going to have someone come out that very day and to my surprise, nobody came out but I seen on their online portal that the work order was so called “in progress” that’s a lie because no one has came. I have escalated the situation to the Better Business Bureau and the health department and I have had more assistance with those two than my own leasing office. On July 27, 2023 I received a call from one of the other leasing consultants in the building other than the two I had mentioned and she told me someone would be coming out to fix my door that was said to possibly have been kicked in. The bottom of the front door is a literally pushed out. The lock on the door is loose. This issue was supposed to be resolved July 27, 2023 all this woman did was give me a call and have me provide information to her that was already listed just to tell me someone was coming out and they did not. The very next day which was Friday, July 28, 2023 I spoke with property manager Shakia again and again, someone is going to be coming out. No one has come out to do anything in my unit. Not the work orders I put in on my move-in date June 9, 2023 and not the recent one that I put in two weeks ago from this date. The air filters are so filthy you can’t even get your air to come through efficiently. The building door has a keypad that is supposed to allow you to buzz in your Guest and it does not even work. Anyone can easily access the building. Police have been in this neighborhood chasing young men and they are able to just come into the building due to the building doors not being locked and secured with the keypad that they offer. They are literally just here for decoration. Please do not move around here. Save yourself the hassle because these people literally do not care. My prior next-door neighbors were only here for one month and they moved out due to a closet falling on them, a burn on their countertop from a hookah that was not replaced, their balcony being filled with dried spit, and mice being in their unit also with a tub overflowing. These people move somebody in that unit three weeks later and all they did was renew the carpet. Do not waste your time. I really wish I could upload videos of all the other issues. Just do not do it because they do not care all they want is your money on time every month."
