"I honestly do hate to have to leave a bad review for a complex that already have so many bad reviews but the disrespect I’ve received today from leasing agent Jayla B right before paying a deposit to move in has led me directly here. Just don’t do it. Go to your next best option if you can. Nobody has time to deal with unprofessional leasing agents not wanting to do their job on top of living with mice & roaches."

"DONT RENT HERE!!! Been here almost 2 MONTHS. PARKING PERMITS don’t stop TOW TRUCKS from TOWING your car apparently, and the office won’t pay the $175 tow fee. MY STICKER WAS ON THE BACK WINDOW AND THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT IT HAD TO BE ON THE FRONT WINDOW. There’s BLACK MOLD in the BATHROOMS, ROACHES everywhere in the kitchen. If you’re fine with LIVING WITH CREEPY CRAWLERS, this still is not the place for you. Look somewhere else save your money. I want to MOVE OUT ASAP. Oh and if you’re still trying to move in after all these reviews, good luck moving in on schedule. Management takes forever to do things here. AND THE HOT WATER HAS HAD ISSUES SINCE I MOVED IN."

"The area is horrible. Woke up everyday someone being loud banging on the door in the building. The air was terrible, vents filthy, rats, roaches and I have a 1 year old and 2 month old who BOTH got sick because of this place. We are out of here!!!!! I’m done calling maintenance for no one to come. my kids deserve a better home. Don’t recommend!!"

"**DON’T MOVE HERE**I have been attempting to call and email corporate regarding my ongoing issues since December at the start of my lease. I still have not heard back from the property management teams corporate office regarding any of my concerns. The property has an overwhelming amount of mold and rodents. In addition issues with mold, unsafe electrical outlets, sewage and water issues. The first two months almost three I had no door knobs on my two bedroom doors, the bathroom door, and hall closet door. Little to none of my concerns have been met with solutions until five months of being in the property. It’s beyond ghetto to say the least. The office team is often saying they never knew of any of my issues when I have emailed several times, went into the office, and called. Net infestation due to plumbing and sewage issues. Sewage set in both the bathroom sink and kitchen sink for almost a week before being fixed. The worst conditions I’ve ever lived under in my entire life. I’ve had four county inspections and still having trouble breaking my lease and the issues have not been resolved fully within the apartment. As far as the mold they said they would repaint the bathroom. DON’T MOVE HERE."
