Marlow Heights Apartments Leasing Office

"I moved to this apartment few months ago and I love how the store ,the bus , are very close, Very convenient. My mother is an elderly lady and this area is the best for her, for my kids and my pets .Unfortunately I can't say management is the best. NOW. There was some nice ladies in Dec of 2022 ,they knew how to communicate with us. But as soon as they left all that communication was gone. They don't communicate with you when a maintenance issues comes up. You have to wait till they get to you. Many,many, many days with a clogged bathroom. The things that needed to be fixed never got fixed. At least someone can call or text saying sorry for the delay on the maintenance request, with some type of empathy towards us tenants. I understand every one is busy and in all my years of renting , this has been my worst experience ever , Hope they get the help. I don't recommend anyone to move here , it's a nightmare. Update it August and still not fixed!!! Update again , contract is almost over , like 1 year later still... no toilet fix. This place desperately needs a younger and more active manager. y'all should be blackballed on not being able to offer housing to people if maintenance issues can't be resolved."

"Chile they deserve a ZERO … DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL WORST PLACE TO LIVE THE Only plus is how everything is so close by but this complex is beyond trash they don’t fix nothing black mold and moist air growing crazy they the mice them they live there too it was sad the girl with the 36 was my neighbor and she ain’t lying at all … the property manger is the worst all he call about is money and evictions mr. David Smith Don’t Care you never going get thru to the office none of the maintenance guys speak English smh I can write a book RUNNNNN YOU BETTER IFF LEAVING IN A BOX OR TENT"

"I had death in my family and they keep my security deposit because. I couldn't move in right then that was very cruel of them but it's ok God open a better door for me"

"If only 0 were an option….RENTERS BEWARE! They don’t fix anything especially if you live in the Gardens apartment. This is all from 1 unit!"

"Take your hard earned money and find a better place to stay. This is not it. -High turn over in the management office so don't expect to get to know anyone. -Leaks -Rodents -Poor security -Homeless people sleeping in buildings -Inadequate dumpsters so there is always trash on the grounds -Ceiling fan stopped working for weeks and randomly came back on at 3am."
