"Before I write this review, just wanted to say I'm a nurse, so I understand what good/bad care is. That being said, I would urge people to go anywhere else but here, even if this is most convenient for you. The Dr who runs it is brief and less than thorough in his exams, and has misdiagnosed me several times. I was prescribed an antibiotic once that I told him I thought I was allergic to and sure enough, I had an allergic reaction and they made me come back in so they could see the rash before prescribing anything else! They are supposed to be open until 8pm tonight, but today they haven't been open all evening because I've been trying to call to get info from a medical visit I had there for my regular Dr, but they aren't answering the phone, and I've been trying for over an hour."

"This place is a scam. I got the SAME EXACT SERVICE within 2 months and the first month they sent ME $8.72 back as a refund!!! Then the next time they are trying to scam me for an extra 25$ after the 75$ I paid. What changed?!! The Dr lies about the time spent with you I was there total 10-15 mins and they tried to bill for over 30 mins for a dr who saw me for fewer than 5 mins. Can you report these places to the BBB because I would. Then they are harassing me because I refuse to pay an extra 25$ for a service I got a REFUND for paying the same price before!!! Watch out for places like this!! Btw you will not be getting an extra 25$ from me so your FINAL WARNING letter which was sent 2 days before the supposed expiration date on a holiday means nothing. This is a typical business scam letter. You already took my 75$ and did absolutely NOTHING differently than before!! This place deserves the lowest of low for trying to scam people out of hard working money earned!!"

"Very pleasant and friendly staff; went to have a stye checked - simple matter, handled well. But, here we are 2 years later and I’m getting texts telling me I owe for my visit. Considering that just today I received three other texts: one from “my bank” telling me my account was compromised, another from Netflix telling me my account will be suspended unless I click on this link, and another from Amazon telling me that my order for $ thousands of dollars would be billed and sent this afternoon but that if I had different mailing instructions I should call the number… i decided to ignore the email from Steel Valley. Well, couple days later I get another one, so I decide to stop in and check. The lady at the front desk confirmed that the text was from their billing company - what world is this billing company operating in?? How does anybody in this world of phishing, hacking, identity theft, etc, think they should send a billing invoice via text? And how is it that a company submits an invoice for a two years old visit now - evidently they submitted the bills to my insurance company, they declined on technicalities and its not until now that the patient learns about this. Very unhappy with Steel Valley operation."

"BEWARE OF THE BILL!!!!! They charged $526 for a 5 minute exam with no prescriptions. I have very good Insurance (Bcbs gold + plan) and I’m still forced to pay $68 out of pocket because they overcharge more than my insurance will cover after they adjusted the bill. They suggested that I was constipated and needed to go to the bathroom. I didn’t believe them so I went to a real doctor and it turned out I had a bad UTI and needed antibiotics."
